• ShadowTrace performs passive reconnaissance only - no exploitation or service disruption
• Collected data must be handled in accordance with data protection regulations
• You are solely responsible for your actions using this tool
• Commercial use requires proper licensing
• The developers assume no liability for misuse or illegal activities
